New NHS Scotland Complaints Handling Procedure

The new NHSS Model CHP developed under the direction of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) came into effect on 1 April 2017 for use by NHS Bodies and primary care service providers, including dentists.

The PSM now provides background information about the new procedure and includes updated complaints handling procedure templates, based on the SPSO templates, for both staff and patients. Go to Feedback, Comments, Concerns and Complaints for full details.
